Steve Wolf

In 1976 Steve moved with his family to Sonoma Valley and in 1985 obtained his California Real Estate License and in 1996 a Broker’s License. He has successfully focused his real estate career in Sonoma  Valley, Napa and Sonoma Counties on home, land, vineyard and industrial transactions, which included project development and entitlement roles for Cornerstone Gardens, Price Pump Company, The Rental Place, Sonoma Industrial Park, Fryer Creek subdivision, Wolf Meadow Lane (a luxury estate subdivision) and numerous residential home building and re-modeling projects. Over the decades Steve has developed a robust referral business.

A BIT OF THE BACK STORY

Steve was born in California and raised in the midwest. He met and married his wife, Gail, when they were in college. When their oldest son was two, they moved to Munich where they lived and worked for three years, and had their second son.

On their return to the Minneapolis area in 1967, Steve and his family moved to the City of Chanhassen, a western suburb of Minneapolis. Steve went to work for Hennepin County Highway Department as a Right-of-Way Agent and negotiator and was involved in numerous land purchases for highways, open space, park land, and civic center.  He was appointed to the  Chanhassen Parks Commission, (which he chaired) and was then elected to the City Council and served on Metropolitan Planning Commission posts as the city representative.

They added a daughter to the family in 1970.  In 1974 the family joined some friends and moved to Sonoma County where Steve built custom homes for several years in Occidental.

In 1976 the family moved to Sonoma Valley and were co-founders and owners of Sonoma Rental Center, an equipment rental business.  In 1985 came the beginning of a career in real estate.  That's the story, which continues today with a smile.

Steve is still happily married to his best friend and enjoys working with his clients to achieve their goals, golfing, gardening, singing, traveling and grand parenting.
